The AME
report provided a meaningful profile of important skills in a
language that my athletes understood. The next step for these
cricket players is representing their State in National competition
and ultimately perhaps on the International stage. Here are some
of the specific things they had to say about AME
--
"It's
very accurate and makes real sense in terms of my performance.
I often get a good start but then I have problems because I overanalyze."
"Excellent.
Much more specific and helpful than some similar testing I did."
"Pretty much
spot on!"
"My coach
read it and felt it was exactly right, especially the bit about
Killer Instinct."
"It's right
on the mark. Exactly how I am - I'm surprised that it picked up
on my lack of Discipline. I guess I've relied on natural talent
up until now and haven't needed to really train."
"I can't
believe how just 50 questions could uncover so much..."
