Sarah Rosenberg is an independent consultant
with an extensive transactional background in corporate law, having practiced
with large corporate law firms in New York (Shearman & Sterling) and
Atlanta (King & Spalding). In addition to providing occasional legal
advice to start-up businesses, Sarah also consults with businesses and individuals
on a host of subjects ranging from website architecture to interior design.
When not offering consulting services, Sarah manages a mixed-use renovated
loft building in Atlanta that houses working artists as well as design,
marketing, broadcast and production companies. She is also concentrating
efforts on her own photographic art, digitally remastering photographs that
she takes during her extensive travels.
Sarah is a certified spinning® instructor and has played soccer for
over 25 years. She is also very proud of being personally responsible for
the safekeeping of two rescued pit bulls.
