Performance Leadership Program Objective: To develop the mental toughness of leaders. Concept: The complexity, speed, and competitiveness of todays business environment puts tremendous pressure on organizations. Leaders in this environment face unique challenges. Success requires a combination of business know-how and the ability to perform under pressure. This program provides the Performance Under Pressure contextual learning necessary to achieve optimal leadership performance, along with a review of how individual mental strengths and weaknesses compare with the optimal Leadership Mission Profile. Participants gain an understanding of how mental elements contribute to success or failure and a clear sense of the developmental challenges they must embrace in order to achieve mental toughness. Format: The program includes 2 components each approximately 1 hour in duration. The first component addresses the importance of mental toughness in high-pressure leadership environments, along with how leaders characteristically react to high levels of stress. The second component focuses on an interactive process designed to help each leader determine how his or her TAIS profile compares with the Leader Mission Profile.
