Enter Winning Mind and their Leadership Assessment Process. The Center's staff went through an intense training on how to interpret TAIS inventory data and effectively deliver performance-relevant information to business leaders. To ensure that effective use of the system occurred, Winning Mind participated in one of their programs to help provide hands-on guidance and coaching.
